About Our Preschool

The Rainbow Philosophy
Our center is devoted to helping children grow cognitively and emotionally, with a special focus on developing healthy self-image, self-identity, and good interpersonal relationships. Academically, we believe that repetition is the key to learning; therefore, activities for each day are scheduled to provide some structured teacher-directed activities as well as opportunities for individual choices.
Our Teachers
We realize that every child is a special individual and we want each child to feel that way. That's why, at our preschool and child care center, you'll find teachers who truly enjoy being around children. Our faculty is made up of teachers who genuinely care for each child and have a lot of fun doing their jobs. As long-time child care providers, we pride ourselves on maintain the highest quality staff. In order to continue doing so, we ask that each member of our team continue growing and improving through yearly training and development.
Health & Safety
Each member of our 13-teacher team has been fully trained and undergone a background check before working with our students. For added safety, we also require all teachers to be CPR- and First Aid-certified, and we even have two MAT-trained staff members at each location. We serve USDA-certified nutritious meals and snacks and use only the latest education development techniques, so your little one is always in good hands with us.
